I discovered the benefits of massage therapy whilst having a thai massage and was amazed at the dramatic effect it had on me. As an ex england hockey player I can't believe I didn't discover the benefits earlier, on a physical and spiritual level.

Since, I have become fascinated about the body, muscles and improving posture, by using soft tissue release techniques and facial rejuvenations. I honed my craft at the popular 'Zen by the Sea' in Margate and have qualified to the highest standard in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, through the professional training of Lucy Sage at Holistic Zone training academy.

I am very passionate about helping others and sharing my knowledge and skills to create a relaxing, supportive and tranquil space for my clients to lie back and enjoy their treatments.

Having worked in a crystal shop and as a musician in my spare time, I enjoy bringing other mediums into my therapies such as sound healing, crystals and hot stones. More details about these therapies are available on request.
